Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Enjoy the quiet village athmosphere in Daisendorf and have all the interesting places to visit just around the corner, and be also close to the ferry to Constance and Swizerland. The flat is equiped with all you need and welcomes EVERYONE (extra LGBTQ+-friendly).

1-2 person living cube with a small wooden terrace. Quiet location by the forest, near the university, 2.4 km to the center, bus stop 400 m. The accommodation features a large sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60) , a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating, car parking space, TV, WLAN, iron and ironing board. The property is in our backyard.
