In the basement is our great, new Viking grotto with TV and electronic darts for a cozy get-together, a small guest toilet and ground-level access to our large, covered patio.

Four families live with us, with a total of five children, as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two and four-legged friends run free on the premises, there are no fences or gates with us.
