Eine Wärmepumpe sorgt für Heizung und Warmwasser (Ökostrom von EWS Schönau). WLAN und Netflix sind kostenlos verfügbar. Tierfreies Nichtraucherhaus. Für Kleinkinder ungeeignet: Das Schlafzimmer liegt im Obergeschoss und ist nur über eine Treppe ohne Schutz erreichbar.

The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The apartment "MeerTied" is located in an annex on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or head to Mecklenburg – Vorpommern's most popular attractions. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.
