The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The small enclosed non-smoking apartment is located directly in the old town in the attic (2nd floor). A living room with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate shower room complete the apartment. Of course, you will find a coffee machine, radio and flat-screen TV and much more that makes living pleasant. From your apartment you can easily reach the sights, cafes or restaurants, as well as the famous churches and museums on foot < 5 min).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You can reach the old market on foot in 5 minutes. At the same time, you're also in the pedestrian zone. There is a wide range of shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. You can also easily get your groceries there. In about 10 minutes you are right at the harbor of Stralsund. There is the famous Ozeaneum and a wonderful promenade that always leads along the water.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
