Dreaming of a holiday in the south? In Søgne you get the southern idyll, tranquility and most likely a lot of sun! Our home is first and foremost a child-friendly and quiet place. Here there is room for the children to play, and it is safe for the parents to relax. Within walking distance to the home there are both playgrounds and beach. A 4 minute drive away is the nearest grocery store. And you do not have to drive longer than 30 minutes to experience some of the best the south has to offer, such as The zoo and a number of beaches.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The animal cake is worth a visit. Romantic trips in the raven valley are not to be despised. Climb the mountain top with a view you take straight from the home. Same with the raven valley and a trip to Grim with lots of shops. The city center is not far away where you have many shops or want to stop by the city beaches along the promenade by the sea. Kristiansand has so much to offer. The house is about 170m2 divided into 2 floors. The main floor is the 2nd floor with exit to 3 terraces and sun from 7 am to 9-9.30 pm. Gas grill available. There is approx. 15 min to walk to town and you can lay your way through Barbu park where there are swimming facilities, lawns, playgrounds, etc. Onwards into the city center you pass through many restaurants. On the east side of the city center, in the guest harbor, there is a hot water pool and city beach. Buss 2 min unna, boutique (extra) 300 m unna.

Sea view from the top. 10 min drive to Dyreparken/Sørlandsparken and the city center, and Strand is close by. good bus connections . Guest Parking 1 min walking distance. Garage space with the possibility of charging for electric cars! Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is big smart TV at 65 inches with Netflix, Viaplay and YouTube. Cleaned before departure, laundry included in the price. No smoking or animals allowed.

The house has 4 bedrooms (7, two living rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. Other sleeping space for up to 5 people in the form of two doubles and a simple air mattress can be arranged. Cozy two-story townhouse. There is plenty of space for several families who want to holiday together or those who want plenty of space! Two living rooms, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, dining area both in living room and kitchen. We have 2 high chairs and a baby chair available. Sleeps 8 as well as two mattresses that can be put on the floor and a travel cot for children up to two years (we don't have a duvet for this).

Me and my 2 boys love our home. We have two patios. Start your day with breakfast in the yard facing a kid-friendly place. No traffic. We live near the Beach and the city. It's quiet and good neighbors. In the evening there is a sunny on the porch until 10.30 pm here is enjoyed the barbecue and sunbathing.
