The house is located on a cozy plot about 100 m from the beach in Hörvik. Hörvik is a small fishing camp with nice swimming opportunities, harbour, two restaurants, ice cream shop, lovely nature for running/walking/bike/MTB. A few hundred meters from the house there is a fully equipped gym a few meters from the sea which also offers passports every day. On the plot there is a newly built battery house of 25 m2 (fully equipped with kitchen, toilet/shower and kitchenette). Three bikes are available to borrow. High chair, cot and barbecue available.

Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

A place to unwind. Porch with roof. Bedroom 1: with a 140cm bed, bunk bed and private patio door with patio to the east. Bedroom 2: Harbour view and double bed Bedroom 3: two single beds (which can be pushed together to a double bed) Living room/kitchen overlooking the harbor (west) with heavy dining table with two chairs and sofa.

From here you have a walking distance to Hörvik harbor where there are restaurants, glass kiosk, marina and gym. Beautiful walking paths and natural reserves surround the accommodation.

Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

We recommend staying here as a couple or family, keep in mind the cabin is 25m2 indoors. Welcome to the simple life of the cabin life.

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

It has access to a large secluded garden where you can enjoy the quiet together. Washer, fridge, freezer, coffee maker,microwave and miscellaneous crockery are available. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
