The small apartment is located in the middle of the countryside. Nevertheless, you can reach Hanover's city center in 20 minutes and the exhibition grounds in 10 minutes. The connection to public transport is very well developed. In the village itself, there are various restaurants that invite you to feast and linger. Wi-Fi is offered free of charge. There is a parking space available on the property. The apartment is suitable for fitters and trade fair visitors, but can also be rented as a holiday apartment.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The fully furnished apartment belongs to a complex of a total of four apartments. An entrance leads to the quiet courtyard, where a parking space (subject to availability) can be provided free of charge. The apartment is equipped with two single beds, a private bathroom, a TV, a pantry kitchen and Wi-Fi. A washing machine is in a separate room. A third extra bed can also be provided on request.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
