Enjoy relaxing holidays in our quiet, cozy and centrally located apartment - "Haus Eva" in the style of an entire house with (winter) garden. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the Lübeck Bay/ Baltic Sea about 35 minutes by car. Close to Hamburg. Beautiful cycling trails, bird/ nature reserves, organic farms with farm shops and farm coffees in the area. Lauenburger Seenplatte with water sports. Suitable for allergy sufferers. Only holiday guests. Not suitable for fitters.

In the area you will find wonderful swimming lakes and very worthwhile small towns such as Ratzeburg or Mölln. In addition, you can drive from here in an hour to: Lüneburg, Hamburg, Schwerin, Rostock or Wismar. Lübeck is just 30 minutes away. In the village itself there are two riding stables and an adventure station. In summer the apartment is wonderfully cool.

Quiet, bright apartment near the lake

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

To Lübeck 20km, to Hamburg 50km, to the Baltic Sea 30km by car. Train station within 20 minutes walking distance or also by bus.

We had a brilliant week in this house. The rooms were big and airy and we slept incredibly well in the beds. The stairs were a bit steep, but it was fine. The garden was full of beautiful flowers. In the street it was set up for play, and our kids found two neighboring children to play with. We had nice trips to Hansa-Park, Lübeck, Schwerin and Hamburg.

The accommodation is mega beautiful and very tastefully furnished. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The light-flooded cottage and the view of the magnificent garden as well as the typical Schleswig-Holstein landscape right in front of your eyes with its bright yellow rapeseed fields at this time of year make it hard to leave. A paradise!!
