Our beautiful modern 3-room apartment is located in the Dünengarten vacation resort with direct private beach access and a small park. It has a large combined living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. 1 bedroom/children's room with bunk bed and one bedroom with box spring bed. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, an additional 2 people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a balcony with side sea view.

Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Apartment for 2 persons on the 2nd floor in a wonderful apartment house in the old bathing style. The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42m² & a magnificent balcony across the entire width, is located on the promenade with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located at the back. Three floor-to-ceiling window doors lead out onto the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

This former apartment of the Büdner family is on the ground floor with a west terrace and gardens to the west and east. With its large number of rooms, it is ideal for families. We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. You have a large bathroom with bath and shower and underfloor heating and a small bathroom with shower.

Titania is our newest, very special tiny house. When designing tiny house and garden, we were inspired by Shakespeare's midsummer night dream. Pure romance! Here you should feel like Oberon and Titania in the fairy forest. What's special: the Titania stands within the sun hill garden, in a separate garden. Protected by meter-high hedges, a completely enchanted, romantically playful summer night garden has been created here.
