We loved staying here! It was nice and cozy, close to nearly everything from the beach, to restaurants and stores such as HEB and Walmart. It was a huge plus this place was also pet friendly, my dog loved it just as much as we did. They have pretty much everything you can think of to take to the beach which is super convenient. Love this place and will definitely be coming back!

We came in for a local graduation at the Marine Military Academy and had a great stay here. Lauren was beyond accommodating about our reservation. Great communication. We had everything we needed and felt like we were back in high school in the 80s playing Pac Man. The game room is such a plus and a break from sitting and staring at our phones. Thank you for making a spot for us!!

Very cozy home, a little bit small but super comfortable. The place is a great location for an afternight get together. Is very quiet area and not a lot of traffic at all. Would stay again if I go back again.

I am so grateful to have spent my week in Brownsville at Veronica's place. Its location was ideal for where I needed to be. The space itself was perfect, allowing me to just nestle in as if it were my own home.

It was nothing less than exceptional! Perfect! Exactly as posted and described! For us, nothing could have been better! We are already planning on our next visit and will stay with Ben’s condos, certainly! If you enjoy fishing, the beach, easy access to anything you might want or need along with an amazing host, look no further!

The host was very responsive every time we reached out. The house was perfect for a family of 6 adults and several children to stay for a family vacation. The pool was clean and the bathrooms had plenty of room. The only issue we encountered was the instructions for checking in with the keypad were different than what was in the written instructions. Richard was almost immediate to provide updated instructions though and no complaints. Plenty of towels for the pool and lots of memories made.

We loved the place, it felt like home. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay again in this place next summer!

Perfect place to stay for our vacation! We loved being right off of the canal. The house is well kept and host we great to work with as well.

Ferg and Steph gave us so many great restaurant recommendations! They were also very responsive. The condo was very clean, organized, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time!

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.
