I really liked the house, my family and I really enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean, thank you very much.

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

El alojamiento muy bien bonito y remodelado con mucho espacio, los closets muy amplios. Me encantó en el cuarto principal hay espejo y tocador con super buena luz para arreglarte afuera del baño…… la cocina bien equipada y una muy linda terraza atrás con la vista al campo de golf, muy buena atención de Jorge!!!

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. Our family of four had a great time staying here! The space was perfect - nicely laid out and very clean with thoughtful touches (beach chairs, toys, extra sunblock). It is a short walk to two beach access points, as well as a gas station and restaurants. The pool was perfect after spending a day at the beach - very private and also was nicely shaded for when we had enough sun but still wanted to enjoy the outside. Thank you for hosting us - it was one of our favorite stays on SPI

The place is just like the pictures, beautiful. We’d stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for some island time with family and friends. The pool is a good size and all to yourself. We had a speaker at a reasonable volume and got no complaints. They responded right away when we had a hiccup at check-in and they brought a new bbq pit since we were going to use it to cookout. I’m assuming the one on the property didn’t work but I wouldn’t know bc they were on top of things. Parking fits up to 5 cars squeezed tight. They have everything you need for the pool, beach, and in the kitchen. Honestly there isn’t a reason to pack any of those things. Good water pressure and AC was cold. The nights we were there we have no issues with noisy neighbors.

We had a wonderful time. The house had lots of space for my family of 14. It had 2 refrigerators, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the pool and all the extras. Hope to be back soon.

I am so grateful to have spent my week in Brownsville at Veronica's place. Its location was ideal for where I needed to be. The space itself was perfect, allowing me to just nestle in as if it were my own home.

Great place for my dogs and I. Very responsive and helpful host. Small hiccup but everything was handled great. Be aware that you do share the pool with the other condos.

This was our 1st airbnb stay and it was beyond our expectations. I received consistent communication as to what to expect, codes to get in, contact for any issues. the pool was clean and heavenly to be in. Also, being able to fish off your own personal dock within 50 feet of the front door was awesome for our family to fish on! I Jist a great place to stay! We will be going back!

The property has a great open waterfront balcony that makes this place very special. The overall interior of the house is very homey and feels very comfortable to stay in. Not to mention, this property is located well within a good distance from the main South Padre Island, allowing easy trip back and forth to and from South Padre Island. If given the opportunity, we will definitely stay at this property again!

We loved the place, it felt like home. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay again in this place next summer!

This is the place to go unwind and enjoy downtime as a couple! The view from the balcony was amazing. Short walk to the beach. It was a great time!

Perfect location, close to EVERYTHING! There’s also a nice walking trail right next door! My family and I will definitely be booking this home again!

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Would like to say first off house was exactly like the photos but upon arriving and staying it was more than expected and would definitely stay again when I come back to the area. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay a lot to do around the area and is close to the island. Host was always responsive with any questions we had and with needs which wasn’t much. House was immaculate and would like to thank Peggy for allowing us to stay at her place.

Roel’s home was just what we were looking for in our extended time in Port Isabel. The home was exactly as described and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and the extra linens came in handy. My dogs enjoyed the beautiful backyard and I was truly impressed with the gorgeous thick grass. We travel to South Padre just about every year and we will definitely look into this home again.
