The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

This house is located directly on the Lahn in the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley, perfect for hiking and exploring. In addition to 10 possible sleeping places (3 bedrooms with 1.80 bed, 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room), it offers a mega bar, billiards and foosball, a sauna, a fireplace, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a covered balcony overlooking Lahneck Castle. Koblenz is about 6 km away and can also be reached by train in about 8 minutes. Here you will find nature & fun.

Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Grandma's apartment in a new guise: The apartment has been extensively renovated and newly furnished. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and selected antiques. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, it is now available as a vacation home and is fully equipped for this. In winter, the spacious living area provides coziness, while in summer the covered balcony and the sunny terrace with outdoor sleeping area invite you to linger.

Two e-bikes can be rented by our guests for day or multi-day tours. Contactless check-in and check-out via the key box is possible.

Welcome to Neuwied! 🌿 We (Lukas & Britta) have lovingly converted our former double garage into a modern, 80 m² apartment with its own garden, large terrace, separate entrance and parking space. Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to the central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right outside the door and the high level of comfort.

Children's paradise: indoor & outdoor play areas

Our holiday home was built in 2020 and offers 67m² of space for 4 people. There is also an approx. 30m² games storage area, which offers many options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a good starting point for trips to the regions: Maifeld, Moselle and Eifel. Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.
