It offers relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting concept: in the morning, the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, during the day it wanders into the spacious living and dining area and in the evening it says goodbye in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

Our small apartment on the dike

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.
