We had a great time with friends. Beautiful house, clean and well-equipped, consistent with the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. As for the indoor pool, it's a plus, plus, plus, especially since we had our favorite lifeguard for the aqua gym classes! A huge thank you to Karine for her warm welcome, kindness and availability. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a great stay at the house. Clean, tidy, tastefully decorated, spacious. Fanny was very responsive to questions, respectful, friendly and, despite a small technical concern for the hot tub, worked to fix that. Thank you to the owner who made a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the technical problem causing the impossibility of using the hot tub. We will be happy to go back and warmly recommend this house!

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Binic is our second home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. The accommodation was perfect, completely in line with the description and photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Accommodation in a very quiet , clean and functional environment, close to Guingamp and all amenities , I would recommend it.
