Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. You will live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and drink a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle

In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.

The villa is in an absolutely quiet location but only 30 minutes (public) from Vienna city center. The mid-century property was lovingly furnished with original furniture from the 50s, 60s and 70s and meets all modern requirements.
