Monthly Rentals in Le Cupe

We have just enjoyed a wonderful couple of weeks, staying at Grazia’s beautiful home. Grazia was incredibly welcoming & kind from the moment we arrived, until the moment we departed. During our stay, we were privileged to spend time with Grazia, her family & friends & to experience a personal tour of the winery where Grazia works - a very unplanned, but excellent addition to our trip!! Not only that, both she & her family were wonderful with our little toddler! The house is in a beautiful, countryside location but close to Perugia & many other beautiful towns. It is well appointed with a wonderful pool & a lovely garden. My son especially enjoyed the outside space, which included lots of toys which Grazia had kindly left out! We had a relaxing couple of weeks, with beautiful weather, good company, in a beautiful place, with a gracious host. This made our first holiday as a family one full of special memories and one that we would happily repeat in the future! Thank you Grazia!

We had a great time in Cuore di Vigna. Nadia and her daughters were wonderful , very pleasant, responsive hostesses, full of advice and exceptional kindness. The place was true to the listing, quiet and very clean. We'll be back if we get a chance.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Such a cute apartment. It has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was stocked with plenty of linens, and was very clean. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment had a lovely view. Christian was very nice, and communicative. He checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable and happy. He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to speak to. He met me personally to check in and explained everything about the apartment, and gave recommendations of things to do around. He is an excellent host.
