This is the studio I live in. i trust the respect of guests on reasonable use of consumables (food, laundry, etc.). Adding air mattress on request for a 3rd person. Possible to discuss the arrival time. The studio is in a fairly old apartment and has slight flaws. The stovetop works but makes noise. The bed is a futon. no wifi.
