The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The apartment is 50 square meters and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the yard, as well as a beautiful kitchen area with sitting area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is an extra bedroom 90 x 200 bed and in the yard is a shed for the bikes.
