Holiday rentals with beach access in Leeds and Liverpool Canal

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. The flat was immaculate being brand new - but very tastefully done. The apartment is on the third floor so there are stairs but they are wide. The street doesnt have great kerb appeal but inside everything was immaculate from the well equipped kitchen to the nice bathroom with a very good shower. Dale was extremely responsive. I think we might have been the first guests but everything worked perfectly and we felt very comfortable and immediately relaxed after a stressful funeral. We would definitely stay again. One thing to improve would be to widen the access to the driveway - it was a little tricky getting the car into the very narrow parking space. Parking on the street was easier but parking on the street is a bit limited - which is the case all over town in summer time.

We know the area well and stay often, but it was nice to stay at an Air BnB for a change. We needed somewhere safe to park our motorbike and it was nicely tucked away. Had the best sleep we've had in ages and would totally recommend the fab little basement flat.

Exactly as described. Set up with everything needed for a self catering stay. Central location to shops and beach. The flat decor is a little tired but was clean and comfortable.

The TV has Netflix and prime logged on as a bonus which I found a very kind gesture. Hot water and heating system is at its best The bed and bedding is comfortable and high quality off fixtures and fittings throughout the house. From hand and bath towels to toilet Rolls to Hand soap this is above expectations that most holiday accommodation offers The combination microwave was fantastic and even down to the automatic no touch bin. It was warm and homely. The garden is very secure and safe for dogs and even a hose pipe to wash down sandy dogs in garden. We will definitely book again. A credit to Andrew the host.

Lovely location with views over the bay, the accommodation had everything I needed for my 12 days stay and was clean and spacious. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and made me feel super welcome

Loved our stay here it was so close to the prom/beach ..great old building with good size rooms .Also outside space which is rare with flats..slept well..lovely coffee in the swimming baths cafe 👍

I stayed for a month and all the amenities fulfilled that length of time. Angela knows everything about the area and has a lovely pup that will visit you. it's about a 5-10 min walk into town, good for after a big dinner or a few beers. I'll stay again for sure.

The Seabreeze is a lovely house. Very clean with everything we needed. Perfect location with amenities near by. Alison was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and Holly left detailed instructions on how to use everything which we appreciated. The house is beautifully decorated and we loved the garden which is very peaceful and lovely to sit in (when it's not pouring down). We also very much enjoyed the rainfall shower. The location is great, there's a supermarket within walking distance and Lytham town centre isn't far away. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay 😊

Simone was very responsive to our questions and even tried to find a go around for something we asked, that wasn’t expected. She even gave us a call through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if she could do anything more (not that there was any need) to make our stay more enjoyable. Simone is an excellent host that we will be happy to use her properties again in the future, should the need arise.

We all appreciated the decor and facilities offered in this lovely home just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The accommodation was as described. The kitchen/dining room was particularly welcoming with the large table and modern appliances. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated as was your willingness to let us get in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Perfect location for a weekend in Liverpool. short walk from the train station. The place had everything we needed and more. The hosts provided good clear instructions. we had a great weekend, would consider again for a large group! Thank you!

Lovely house with all the amenities needed for our stay. Fabulous enclosed garden. Driveway quite narrow but we managed to get both cars on the drive and could have easily used off road parking. Easy access to the beach and short walk to shops. Would definitely stay again.

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

Location location location!! Have spent many a stay in Lytham St Anne’s, this find was one of the best. The host Nikki and Luke and their children were very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The home was rather large with a lovely big living room over looking the beach where I would sit for many hours just watching the world go by. The master bedroom had the most comfy large bed (Super king size) we have slept in. The hot tub was extremely clean and lovely and warm. Access to the back garden is private from the kitchen and has a secure gate to ensure our furry friends were safe with the kitchen door open. Overall our 6 night stay was amazing, very relaxed and the best location for the beach, St Anne’s centre and a good leisurely walk along the beach into Lytham to sample a new find “Savannah's” restaurant. Would definitely recommend a stay with Nikki and Luke. 👍🏻

As described. Great having a parking bay. We did book very late, but thankfully everything was ready for us. Good location, 10 minute walk to the centre.

We had a wonderful stay at Jess's place! She was a lovely host, always available to answer any questions and helped out whenever needed. The space was beautifully decorated, and everything we needed was provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such a lovely experience! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay here! The place was beautiful and Jenny gave us some good recommendations of local shops/places to visit. She also added some nice little touches to our stay such as leaving birthday candles/banners for us as it was my birthday! We will be definitely coming back!

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. Well, the flat is just stunning. It is beautifully decorated and furnished.. makes great use of the space and was spotless. We had such a lovely break, some much needed family time. Right by the sea, lots of little shops, small supermarkets, pub and a takeaway or two all within walking distance. Perfect spot
