We had an excellent stay at Chris's appartment. Communication all the way through has been very good and the appartment was exactly as described and well equipped. Chris and Karen left us milk and bread, which we enjoyed with homemade jam and marmalade! Yummy. Lots to do in and around Ilkley and the easy walk into town took us about twenty minutes. Would thoroughly recommend this appartment and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Lovely place to stay! We were just passing through for a night, but we really wished we had time to stop and explore, the outdoor spaces looked amazing and a great place to spend a weekend.

Perfect. Faultless. John went above and beyond as a host, with finer details like croissants left for our first morning and treats and tea/coffee for arrival. Instructions for arrival were concise and John was a pleasure to meet on check in with tips of the local area. Our trip was spent visiting grandparents but for others looking for a comfortable, homely accommodation surrounded by wonderful landscapes a stones throw away, then this is the place. Perfectly located near amenities too. Our dogs were wagging their tails the whole time and we definitely stay again when we next come up to see family 😀

Jasper is a wonderful host with a beautiful place! We could not have asked for more or been more comfortable at this location. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into this place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the local area. Thank you Jasper, you were fantastic!

Perfect weekend getaway, Nicola & Colin really have thought of everything - we loved all of the homely touches! The location is great and only a 5-10 minute walk from Barnoldswick town centre. Just a note for anyone visiting and wanting to get food - most places finish serving food at 8! But the bars are fab for a drink. Our favourite part was definitely the hot tub, perfect spot to watch the sunset. Thank you for having us!

Host was absolutely lovely to talk to, came here with my girlfriend for her 21st birthday. The views were definitely the best I’ve had from my visits. Beautiful wildlife especially with the spring weather. This family has worked really hard to create a nice family environment and it shows. Inside the stay was a book showing their journey and they’re still working hard. Despite being attached to the home our room and bar felt very private and we felt very comfortable. We’re not big drinkers but the honesty bar is fairly priced and a welcome addition to the stay. Thank you both and congratulations on the hard work.

Very comfortable stay, very quiet. Becky was in touch confirming arrangements and was very helpful when I arrived.

The place was lovely and cosy for the evening. The best part was actually the garden with the egg chair, the zen garden and the water feature. It was so relaxing I could have sat there all night. Would definitely stay again.

Jo’s place was great. My friend Eddie and I stayed for one night after a day at the cricket and Jo allowed us to drop off our bags early, so that we didn’t have to take our bags to the cricket ground and so we didn’t miss any of the cricket. Her place was perfect for us, and is in a lovely part of Leeds. 10/10

Communication with Fern was excellent. Instructions for finding the property and parking was top notch. We had a very comfortable stay and would certainly return in the future.

Regretfully I was only there for a short time as it was a brief stop over, but Tom and Hayley's place was stunning and in such a beautiful town - I wish I could have enjoyed it more fully. Both hosts were very helpful and communication was great. Exceeded expectations, highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay with Linda. Extremely comfortable with everything provided for our stay including breakfast. Four pubs in the village all serving food, excellent meal in The Swan Handy Co-op store which we also used, taking advantage to eat outside in the garden at Linda’s as we were fortunate with the weather. Lots of amazing walks from Addingham so no need to use the car during your stay. Will definitely return.

Good sized room with patio doors opening on to the garden. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit were provided as well as plates and bowls. Chris was a friendly host and everything was as described.

Really enjoyed our stay we were attending a wedding so feel a return trip would give us time to look around Ilkley a bit more. The accommodation was just as described, and we couldn’t fault it. Thank you Jonathan Denise

Helen was very accomodating, as this was a booking for my relatives to stay whilst attending my wedding, I live around the corner and I didn't have room for them to stay over. I would have no hesitation in recommending this location and often do. Thanks Sue
