its a great place Fantastic views, Nik is very helpful and a great host but also keeps his distance. overall a great place to stay if your visiting Fleetwood or Thornton-Cleveleys.

A very warm welcome into a beautiful house. Hosts very approachable even the little dog. Great selection of breakfast items. Beautiful huge bath. It does get quite cold in the rooms during the night/morning so would recommend taking a dressing gown. We would definitely like to stay again.

Fabulous basement accommodation. Though there was no sea view, the beach was just the other side of the road. Plenty of roadside parking. The main living/dining room was spacious. Able to control the heating ourselves.

Alexandra communicated with me very efficiently and quickly. She met us and explained everything in the house and was very welcoming and helpful. She immediately gave our dog a bowl of water, treats and even a toy! The Alice in Wonderland themed house has so many wonderful touches, including a cake and sweets labelled "Eat me". The whole house is very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. The house is in a peaceful street and has lots of original (Victorian?) features including a secluded yard and outdoor seating area. We would thoroughly recommend Alex's house.

Third time at Irena's place! Always a good stay. Spacious apartment with excellent facilities. My previous reviews have a lot more of detail. There are always a few new things, such as extra soft furnishings or an upgraded coffee machine. Irena clearly cares to keep making guests' stays great. Suffice to say I wholeheartedly recommend.

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

Great place to stay - it must, be we've stayed twice now! Emilee is a fantastic host and the house is lovely and nice and quiet yet really convenient.

Cannot fault our stay at all! Helen and Alex were friendly, warm and welcoming. They communicated well and were on hand if we needed anything. It was lovely to be introduced to their gorgeous dog and they really made a fuss of our fur baby too. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The shops, cafes, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance and we would highly recommend staying here for a visit to Lytham or the surrounding areas. Thank you!

Had a great stay in the caravan and at this site. Nice quiet site with kid friendly cycle lanes in the surrounding area.

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

great couple of days. the caravan is very homely and spacious. the site was great was just slightly let down by the pool not being open despite being advertised as open from may to September (it actually opens end of May so not really anyone's fault). the caravan had everything we needed but without the pool there wasn't much to do on the site for kids but morecambe is only half an hour away so we went there instead. would definitely stay again. thank you

Beautiful and luxurious large home right on the beach with stunning views. Kitchen had everything we needed to function. Complimentary teabags, milk, dishwasher/ washing machine tablets were provided which was unexpected and a lovely touch. The bathrooms had handwash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. The towels provided were also plush. The hosts have gone above and beyond the norm it seems and provided a boutique hotel type experience in a home away from home setting. Family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) and we had everything we needed for a two night stay. Will be returning for sure.

Really lovely location, clean, tidy & a nice setup

This is a really nice place. Close to everything in city center. It had everything we needed. We were able to prepare a few meals and even log in to streaming services on two newish smart TVs. Kunle was super accommodating and a very nice guy. This was a perfect place for my wife and I to meet up with our adult daughter and enjoy a long weekend in Liverpool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

working visit to Lytham, 19 Fairhaven road was perfect for my stay, property as described. An option I will look for again in future.

It appears that we didn’t actually stay in the advertised apartment - we stayed in the one above which I have a feeling was actually bigger as over 2 floors - amazing views of the Mersey and the prom was fabulous for walking. Norma - who met us was so helpful. Only negatives were very minor - public transport to Liverpool involves quite a walk - not a particular issue for us however. Could have done with an instruction manual especially for TV and for the fancy showers- however excellent value for money and would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay in this flat. It is clean, comfortable, attractive and well furnished. It is very close to the sea with shops close by and just a few minutes walk to the shopping centre.
