Zur Ausstattung gehören WLAN, eine Küche samt Waschmaschine, Rauchwarnmelder, Feuerlöscher und 1.Hilfekoffer. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Eine Einkaufspassage ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, dort befinden sich Rewe, Post, Bank, Friseur.

Sie ist perfekt gelegen, um einerseits auf dem Balkon oder im Garten die Idylle dieser ruhigen Gegend oder nach ein paar Schritten die Sonne und das Wasser am schönen Strand zu genießen und andererseits ohne Probleme mit der Tram in die Stadt zu fahren, um Leipzig richtig kennenzulernen. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten zu entspannen oder etwas Schönes zu unternehmen. Wir geben euch dafür auch gerne Tipps!

Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The dream house with its 120 m² of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" to vacation mode, as the previous guests describe it. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to laze around and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two SUP, two bicycles and a ping-pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

This special place has a very special style. Air conditioning and a small kitchen with espresso machine are available. The private small terrace and access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bikes and a small boat can be used by my guests free of charge. Stand Up paddle available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A ping pong table and a badminton game are also available to my guests free of charge.
