The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Endlich ist der Frühling wieder da! Der Wagen steht am Waldrand mit Blick auf hügelige Wiesen. Die Vögel zwitschern Dich frühmorgens munter und der Waldsee ruft die Tapferen zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, das Erwachen der Natur beobachten, Lagerfeuer machen, chillen – und vielleicht die vielen Eindrücke nachklingen lassen. Da die Zivilisation 2,5 km weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In a 10-minute walk you can reach Lake Gröberner, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub-s, boats and flosse for a fee in the Waldressort. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
