In Wohnung 4 stellt sich die Frage, was das größere Highlight ist: der fulminante Panoramablick über den See. Oder die überwältigende Dachterrasse, von der Sie nicht müde werden, ihn zu genießen. We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

40m² - direct location at the Markkleeberger lake. Not a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in 20 minutes in the center of Leipzig. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to move in the fresh air, the break at Markkleeberger See is perfect. Since 2025, the city of Markkleeberg has levied an accommodation tax of 5%, which is shown here as a "fee for other services".

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Welcome TO the HOUSE IM REED 2 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 9, from the south and west facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.
