There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

The villa-like, spacious rear house with its beautiful, large garden is located on a quiet side street in the Leipzig Waldstraßenviertel district not far from the Auenwald and invites you to linger and feel good. The city center, the soccer stadium as well as the Rosental or the zoo are within walking distance, but also various tram lines are close by.
