In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

The magnificent holiday home with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt just outside Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously furnished house impresses with its proximity to Kulkwitzer Lake. Free parking, a fireplace and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

Imagine: An idyllic little cottage right on the beach of a lake surrounded by nature and relaxation and not far for a trip to the exciting big city..... Doesn't exist? YES IT DOES! Your perfect vacation awaits you: in the house on the lake on Markkleeberger Lake near Leipzig The garden area was also completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We left it natural in front of the house and I'm still happy about what's sprouting there.

Tiny house between lakes, forest and meadows

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

The quiet 2-room apartment is located in picturesque Störmthal in close proximity to Leipzig. Within walking distance you can reach the lake, which offers many leisure activities and beautiful beaches. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Leipzig, where there is plenty to discover. The apartment has a large terrace and the garden can also be used. Here you can end the evenings comfortably with a glass of wine or a barbecue.

50 sqm furnished apartment (1st floor left) in Markranstädt/OT Kulkwitz directly on the outskirts of Leipzig, near Kulkwitzer See, one of many lakes in the Leipzig Neuseenland. Small garden for exclusive use right in front of the house. Right on the edge of the field with a magnificent view of enchanting sunsets that are different every evening. From the A38 exit Südwest or the A9 exit Günthersdorf you can reach us in a few minutes.

The apartment "Erika" is centrally located in the city of Markranstädt. With modern amenities, barrier-free access, real wood parquet and underfloor heating, this room is ideal for relaxing and feeling good. The apartment is quietly located in the rear part of an apartment building and can be reached via a closed courtyard. In the immediate vicinity are shops serving everyday needs, public transport and the AB-ZubringerA9/A14/A38.

Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.
