In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

Large nice apartment. In the living room comfortable couch with large flat screen TV. Kitchen fully equipped, including coffee machine (Melitta solo). Beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower. A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

The magnificent holiday home with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt just outside Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously furnished house impresses with its proximity to Kulkwitzer Lake. Free parking, a fireplace and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

Imagine: An idyllic little cottage right on the beach of a lake surrounded by nature and relaxation and not far for a trip to the exciting big city..... Doesn't exist? YES IT DOES! Your perfect vacation awaits you: in the house on the lake on Markkleeberger Lake near Leipzig The garden area was also completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We left it natural in front of the house and I'm still happy about what's sprouting there.

Ihr Traumhaus auf dem Hainer See

The dream house with its 120 m² of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" to vacation mode, as the previous guests describe it. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to laze around and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two SUP, two bicycles and a ping-pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

Tiny house between lakes, forest and meadows

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

Welcome to our charming house at the Hainer See! This cozy house can accommodate up to 3 people and is the perfect retreat for relaxation seekers, nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Located in a quiet location on the lake, you can enjoy an incomparable view of the water from here around the clock. Start your day with a coffee on the terrace or a refreshing swim in the lake, which is just a few steps away from the front door.

Close to the small lake

The super quiet 1-room apartment with a large box spring bed, kitchenette and a cozy sofa bed invites you to linger. The covered outdoor seating area contributes to the idyll. Lake Störmthaler with its diverse leisure activities and swimming beach are a 10-minute walk. The proximity to Leipzig allows you to reach the city center as well as the trade fair in 15 minutes by car. There is also a connection to public transport.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.
