Unsere Erwachsenenunterkunft liegt malerisch am Nordufer des Hainer Sees (2 min zu Fuß), mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland, nur 20 Autominuten von Leipzig entfernt. Türen auf und schon wird die großflächige und umlaufende Holzterrasse zur Outdoor-Verlängerung der inneren Komfortzone in Ferienwohnung 3. Hier können Sie die Sonne vom Frühstück bis zum Drink beim Sonnenuntergang genießen, ohne den See aus den Augen zu lassen.

In unserer Wohnung genießt Ihr euren Urlaub in direkter Nachbarschaft zu Sachsens pulsierendster Metropole. Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

Das hochwertig und luxuriös ausgestattete Haus besticht durch die Nähe zum Kulkwitzer See. Kostenlose Parkplätze, eine Feuerstelle und einen privaten Spielplatz. Zum besonderen Service gehört das All inklusive an Getränken, Snacks und Hygieneartikeln. Luxus pur gibt es mit XXL Flachbild TVs und LED Beleuchtung sowie einer großen Eckbadewanne.

The apartment "Erika" is centrally located in the city of Markranstädt. With modern amenities, barrier-free access, real wood parquet and underfloor heating, this room is ideal for relaxing and feeling good. The apartment is quietly located in the rear part of an apartment building and can be reached via a closed courtyard. In the immediate vicinity are shops serving everyday needs, public transport and the AB-ZubringerA9/A14/A38.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall-out protection for infants can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided if needed. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also well equipped for the winter.

Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 9, from the south and west facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.
