The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
