Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest right at your doorstep. A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for an extra bed and a generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, and a relaxing moment in a sun lounger. Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. A fantastic place for the soul, endless hiking areas and only 25 minutes to the pulse of central Gothenburg.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The property is very private, 5300 sqm to use. The sun is out over the lake all day and all evening. Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.
