Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
