A short drive away is a nice swimming area and Lerums Centrum with shopping and dining. The cottage has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom incl. washing machine. Two single beds in private room and sofa bed for two in the living room. TV with chromecast, wifi. Dining area for four and barbecue in secluded part of the lush garden. Private parking. Bed linens not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning.

Newly built guest apartment with sleeping loft of about 40 sqm. Sunset with sun after lunch. Air conditioning. About 330 meters to the lake and the possibility to swim from the jetty. And about 500 meters to the swimming area with beach and diving tower. In the center, there is the possibility to rent a kayak or SUP. Free parking and WI-FI. 160 cm bed in loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. 65 inch smart TV with Chromecast, Apple TV and Playstation 4. Not full standing height in the loft. About 15 minutes walk to Floda train station

Charming guest house with stunning lake view

Fully equipped and completely newly built apartment in separate cottage by the lake Mjörn, just 3 miles from Gothenburg. The lake view from your own patio is amazing and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can accommodate four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the property easily accessible. 200m to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lake and the close to nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Njut av en vistelse när du bor på i en mysig stuga med gångavstånd till Gotaleden, ca 20 min med bil till Göteborg, Alingsås och Landvetter flygplats. Vandra, fiska och natur finns i närheten och det finns tåg och buss till Göteborgs eller Alingsås. Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga #gothiacup #partillecup

Completely renovated 18th-century style cottage (2024). The cottage has appeared in magazines and has a high cozy factor. A given accommodation for the interested in building. 400 meters to cozy and quiet beach with jetty in Lensjön. 20 minutes drive to Gothenburg and 15 minutes to Alingsås. Grocery store and restaurants are close at hand down in Floda. Super good mushroom forest in the adjacent forest. 50% of what we earn at our Airbnb we give to charity.

The apartment is situated on the countryside in Lerum in a quiet relaxing surrounding with nature just around the corner. It is newly built, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom and measures 35 m2. Patio with garden furniture with forest as scenery. Lake Stamsjön is at 5 minutes walking distance. The house is situated about 1.3 km from the railway station and 18 km from the airport. Recommended for children above 6 years (stairs to loft).
