The location was great, real close to the beach making everything in walking range.

A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply adorable people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro... and of all of you!

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Absolutely recommended - perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars! We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. The house has everything you need for amazing stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. The apartment is very nice, essential kitchen, comfortable bed and well-kept garden. Far from Ferrara but well connected by city buses. Quiet environment. Very helpful and responsive host.

Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

upon entering the property Luna was amazing. she provided us snacks/wine and even recommendations on where to go. she also is a bartender so she provided us an aperitivo one night with a ton of snacks. overall the place was amazing, we got there on a rainy day and looking at the hills surrounding us were magical. only thing for improvement is the soundproofing, we ended up getting some really loud guests next to us that would love to blast Bachata music, woke me and the wife up at 4:30 in the morning. had to go over and knock on the door. even when they watched movies they had it on super loud. as side from that, I would definitely go back. felt really peaceful and the grounds are very well kept.

The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the center, allowing you to explore the city without the need for long journeys. The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special applause to Ms. Paola, always available and friendly, who makes check-in a simple and welcoming experience. Staying here is a real pleasure! Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
