Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

This accommodation is a real little corner of paradise in the middle of the fields. We were seduced from the driveway leading to the property. And even more by discovering it. The garden is sublime. The dependency in which we stayed is very nice, the photos do not do it justice. For the rest: the kitchen is great for cooking and eating on site, the bathroom just right with the necessary (hair dryer), the bedding is comfortable! There was enough for breakfast, great! The pool was still a little cool at this time, but it's large, it's great for swimming a little or just having fun 😊 We didn't visit the surroundings, but there are a few restaurants and a local shop for shopping. Finally, a few words for our hosts: welcoming, warm, charming, attentive and available if needed. Great! If you want a quiet vacation in a beautiful setting, go there without hesitation!

We were guests at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. The house is spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire structure with a spectacular pool for the summer and an impeccable room and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention the super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I get back there!

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.
