Excellent séjour pour nous à Venise et dans cet appartement. Notamment grâce à l’accueil , la propreté et la localisation de l’appartement qui étaient parfaite. Nous avons pu prendre possession plus tôt car le ménage avait pu être fait et avons pu laisser gratuitement nos bagages dans un endroit sûr pendant qlqs heures avant de repartir pr l’aéroport . L’appartement est super bien équipé, fonctionnel et bien placé pour profiter de Venise sans les inconvénients de la foule. L’arrêt bateau-aéroport Alilaguna est à 10min de marche et le Vaporetto à 3min. Je conseillerai fortement ce logement à mes amis. Merci

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Would highly recommend this apartment! Close enough to all the sites that you can easily pop back for things during the day but in a lovely quiet area close to the parks and Arsenale. Stefania was a fantastic host, very communicative before and during our stay. Check in was very straight forward and she gave so many great recommendations for restaurants and information about getting to the apartment. We had an amazing stay, thank you! ☺️☺️

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip. We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. The space was immaculate and full of charm, with stunning terrazzo floors throughout that added an authentic Venetian touch. Every detail reflected the owner’s thoughtfulness and impeccable sense of style. Great bed and linen. Nespresso machine was also appreciated. An absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had beautiful views over two canals - the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of Venice from above. Also, Mariangela’s recommendations for local sights and dining spots were incredibly helpful during our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. Cannaregio is easily the best area to stay in Venice - peaceful and atmospheric, far from the heavy tourist crowds, but still just a short walk from all the main sights. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a truly Venetian experience, this place is absolute perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Un bel appartement dans un petit immeuble que vous serez seul à occuper. L’appartement est agréable, lumineux, bien aménagé, décoré et équipé. Le lieu est parfaitement calme pourtant situé au cœur du quartier touristique de cannaregio. Marta est disponible est très arrangeante

We were received by Ellis mother who was very nice and gave us all the information needed. The apartment is perfect for a couple and it was clean and tidy. We were glad that Ellis left us coffee, tea, salt and oil. There is also an organic store just five minutes from the apartment where we could buy eggs, cheese and fruits for a nice breakfast. And just across the apartment there is a bus station that takes you to Piazzale Roma in Venice in about 20 minutes. My husband and I had a very nice time and we highly recommend the place.

Great location with access to vaperetto. We took that to most attractions and relied on walking. It was wonderful and great value.

Gino’s place is perfect if you want to stay away from the main tourist areas but still be close enough to get to the main areas in Venice. Public transport is easy with lots of options. Gino was very accommodating when we were arriving early and allowed us to store our luggage while the apartment was being prepared for us. It is great to have an area to sit and relax rather than being in a motel room. We made of breakfast each day before heading out and were able to wash some clothing. This is perfect for our stay in Venice. Thank you Gino for letting us stay. Sally and Simon x

Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Frederico est même venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau pour nous accompagner jusqu'au AirBnb. Le logement est conforme à la description, il était parfait pour notre séjour et très bien aménagé ! Situé dans un quartier calme mais très facile d'accéder aux quartiers plus animés de Venise ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir encore merci ! ☀️☀️🚣‍♂️

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

Parfait appartement et quartier pour profiter de Venise comme ses habitants. C’est tout ce fait immersif et c’est bien équipé. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un long week-end et des matins au son des oiseaux !

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. L’appartement est conforme à la description Je le recommande

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Parterre war für unsere Sup's super. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Platzdeckchen für den Glastisch wären jedoch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betten war sehr bequem. Freundliche Nachbarn und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu viert da und es hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und die Anlage ruhig und luxuriös.

Das gesamte Gebäude wie auch das Appartement wirken sehr modern und hochwertig. Wir haben uns im Appartement rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders die schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche hat das Kochen zum Vergnügen gemacht. Ein echtes Highlight war der großzügige Balkon mit bequemer Sitzecke, ideal, um bei einem Glas Wein den Abend zu genießen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da uns die Sauberkeit am Strand leider nicht überzeugt hat, waren wir umso dankbarer für den gepflegten Pool- und Whirlpoolbereich, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Becken waren stets sauber und boten eine tolle Alternative zum Strand. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Matteo!

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub erlebt. Die Wohnung ist grandios, die Terrasse einfach großartig, die Aussicht der Hammer. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ugo und Graziella sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber, welche sehr bemüht für ihre Gäste sind. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auch für unsere kleine Tochter war es ideal (Hochstuhl, Gitterbett,...) Ugo war immer erreichbar, sogar nachts, als wir einen Fehlalarm im Stiegenhaus hatten und ziemlich in Panik geraten sind. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, auch den Pool fanden wir für eine Abkühlung super. In unmittelbarer Umgebung zahlreiche Shops (auch Lebensmittel und Bäcker) und Restaurants. Danke für diese schöne Woche URLAUB!!! Wer Jesolo besuchen möchte, den kann ich diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Soggiorno fantastico, l’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione ed è stato facilissimo trovarlo ed accedervi, pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli ci ha regalato una vacanza da sogno! Host reattivo che è sempre stato disponibile per tutti i nostri dubbi. Stra consigliato!!!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
