Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

Very nice apartment in a quiet area close to Biennale.

This stay makes 5 weeks we have spent in this Airbnb. I can honestly say there is nothing I would change about it. Everything you could need is provided and everything works like a charm. Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Our stay exceeded expectations – the accommodation was even nicer than in the photos, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect: close to shops, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back:)

What a lovely apartment, very conveniently located for the vaporetto stop. Communication was excellent and the check in process was smooth. There were a number of restaurants within easy access. The apartment was well equipped and had a very relaxing feel, and would definitely look to stay there again on future visits to Venice.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Yayoi was super helpful. Very detailed instructions how to find the air bnb. As confusing as Venice can be. Easy directions on how to enter Any questions we had she was fast to respond. We attended a wedding so it was in the perfect location close to the venue. Super quiet, never heard the neighbours.

For us this was perfect. After absorbing ourselves in the hustle and bustle of Venive and surrounds daily, it was great coming back to somewhere peaceful and charming with a couple of great restaurants and local shops where you pay local prices. Ilaria and Andrea’s place was absolutely amazing. It’s perfect location and being right on the canal you will see gondolas and boats going by all day. The place has incredible interior design and it has everything necessary for a great stay in Venice. A special thank you to Ilaria for setting up our water taxi to take us back to the airport at 4 am.

There aren’t enough superlatives to positively describe this stay! The SUPER HOST AND SON went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating and pleasurable. Everything was beyond the description in a great way. We will be returning next year and will seek to stay at this location only. This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom and kitchen area had modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Nicolo left a variety of snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. The location is very convenient to the popular sightseeing locations, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this apartment to anyone.

I had a great 1 night stay at this flat. Elio was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a short walk from the bus/train station. I took the ACTV bus from the airport to the Mestre station for €10. It was very easy and quick to then get to the flat. I appreciated Elio’s recommendations and house guide. It’s also very easy to get from Mestre to Venice. Cheap and efficient bus systems, as well as a train from the train station.

Had a wonderful stay, was able to walk the city and enjoy everything Venice had to offer. Apartment was clean and bigger than expected.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Venice, this is it! Beautiful place and was very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to questions and assistance with private water taxis. Highly recommend this rental, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The beautiful Venice apartment is set amidst a quiet neighborhood as well as a local park that provides easy access to Venice’s busses (Vaporetto). If you’d prefer a stroll along a the shore, you can get to St. Mark’s square in 20 minutes. We were treated to flowering Jasmine as we strolled 🌸 Silvia was highly responsive and met us at the apartment to go over details which was highly appreciated. A short 5 minute walk lands you on this neighborhood’s local area which hosts additional restaurants and stores. We were tired one day so we ordered takeaway pizza from Nevodi’s. Overall this is a peaceful apartment away from the crowds of Venice which also allows you to get to the heart of Venice easily. I would highly recommend this location based on it’s unique mix of offerings. Ciao!

Beautiful accommodation, gorgeous apartment, in a quiet canal, close to everything but away from the crowds, excellent host, highly recommend

The property was away from the hustle and bustle of the massive tourist crowds. Situated on the island of Giudecca, It was remote, but very easy to get to wherever you want to go by using the Vaporetto. Property was beautifully stacked with snacks, drinks, maps and books. Everything you would need to make your stay so much easier and enjoyable.. We have stayed in VENICE six times found this place to be fantastic.
