It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

This detached house is located in Mira, in the province of Venice. It is a quiet and peaceful place, spacious and furnished with style. There is a small garden, patio and whirlpool (only in the summer ). Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen with espresso machine, two bathrooms, TV, bedroom with terrace, living room with sofa bed. The house is located in a strategic position: a stop to reach Venice and Padua is about 10 minutes from the house on foot.

This Villa is located 20 minutes from Venice and is immersed in a true oasis of greenery with 12,000 square meters of park, completely fenced, a large swimming pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, a lake with a small boat ideal for fishing. The Villa is furnished with the highest quality finishes and completely renovated. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue, a large table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a hob and a fridge.

House is in a very quiet area 5 min. walk from the train station; the house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a small lake and numerous flowers in the garden; there is a barbecue near which in the evening you can dine and spend time, in front of the house there is a terrace where you can sunbathe in the day and in the evening relax with a cup of coffee
