Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Tomasso provided a video of how to get to his place from the ferry over from the airport which was extremely helpful. Area close to restaurants and walking distance to train station, rialto snd St marks. we appreciated the cold water left in the fridge for our arrival and the coffee. All good and as described. Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderfully quiet and quaint spot in Venice! Easy to walk to all the sites and loved being right on the water with access to the water buses and airport shuttle. The space itself is so lovely and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!!

This was a fabulous place to stay, well maintained and a great location. 10 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Spotlessly clean. Barbara and Paolo were super helpful, happy to provide recommendations and responded to messages quickly. Apartment had everything you would need to cook. We used local bars/restaurants.

Great time in Venice staying at this perfect location! Very quiet area with plenty of food options, close to all forms of transportation, and within walking distance to everything. The host was very receptive and quick responding back to any questions we had. Charming stay!

We stayed in 4 for one night. Fabio and Alessandra were very kind, they helped us with everything and they also accommodated us with regard to check-in. If I had to go back to Murano, I would definitely stay at Casa Manin.

What a wonderful stay. Would not hesitate to book again. Hosts were always responsive, met us immediately on arrival to go over specifics of the apartment. We made coffee in the mornings overlooking the grand canal from the kitchen and enjoyed dinners on the terrace overlooking the grand canal in the evening. After climbing all the bridges you will know what a benefit it is to be close to the bus/train stations. Drop your bags immediately and start enjoying the city! Beds, A/C, rooms all very comfy. Having an elevator is rare and very much appreciated! Stop looking and book this place!!

Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

Clean apartment in a good location right in the middle of Venice, out of the chaos but easily walk to anywhere you want to go. Host also gave local recommendations for restaurants.

We were welcomed by Patricia who greeted us at a meeting place and directed us to the Airbnb home. Throughout our stay, Patricia was accommodating and very responsive to any queries we had. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and in the perfect location with tourist attractions only a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to return if we ever come back to Venice!

We really enjoyed Venice and the starting was a great place to stay. It was central to everything and was a great space to stay. Niko and Barnaba were great to deal with they gave great instructions and were very helpful on getting around and recommendations on what to do and see. When we entered this room, we were shocked. The look of the house, including the light and the feeling of the light, was exactly the same.The light coming from the patio below made the whole room very bright, and it rained heavily in the afternoon when we arrived in Venice, so it was very comfortable to stay in the room.It is also very convenient to cook.In addition, we are very grateful to the owner for providing us with thoughtful service, so that we can travel freely with large suitcases.

I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to wherever you want to be. We had a slight mishap with the shower drain but they explained that this happens rarely during high tide given that the unit is on the ground floor. And they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Also the private transfer they arranged for us was absolutely worth it. It is a bit pricey BUT we felt it was worth the convenience and not having to worry about a thing...and the private water taxi itself is like a beautiful boat tour of Venice. We would gladly stay here again if/when we make it back to Venice!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom and kitchen area had modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Nicolo left a variety of snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. The location is very convenient to the popular sightseeing locations, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this apartment to anyone.

The owners are incredibly kind! Frederico even picked us up when the boat arrived to accompany us to the AirBnb. The accommodation is as described, it was perfect for our stay and very well furnished! Located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the livelier neighborhoods of Venice! We will be happy to come back again, thank you! ☀️☀️🚣‍♂️

Great place. Clean and peaceful. Roberto is a great host too. One AC for the entire apartment, being on the 4th floor, it can get pretty warm. Otherwise highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment in a small building that you will be the only one to occupy. The apartment is nice, bright, well furnished, decorated and equipped. The place is perfectly quiet yet located in the heart of the tourist district of Cannaregio. Marta is available and very accommodating

Our stay in Venice was fantastic, thanks to this charming Airbnb!
