Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Welcome to my private property in Lindome, Sweden. It is located in a little village next to the vast Sandsjöbacka nature reserve. Walking distance, 400 m to the lake with excellent bading water. About 15 km to Göteborg central station. By car 15 mins, also bus and train connections. The house has size about 70 sqm in both floors altogether. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, diswasher. Patio with grill.
