Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Valkovuokko cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Valkovuokko is located in a quiet location on the shore of a lake with clean water. The cottage has a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a fireplace, three bedrooms, and a barbecue hut in the yard. A private wood-fired sauna is in the same building. The holiday cottage has its own beach. The equipment includes a rowboat, canoe, life jackets, and a SUP board. In winter, the equipment includes two pairs of non-slip shoes and regular snow boots.

Next to the apartment is a park area, from which you can access the beautiful Pielisjoki beach scenery or even a free disc golf course. Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Perinteisessä mökissämme on tupa, keittiö, 2 makuualkovia ja sauna. Lomaillessasi voit istahtaa terassille nauttimaan järvimaisemasta tai lukea kirjaa riippumatossa loikoillen. Loiva, etelään aukeava hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin lasten vesileikkeihin ja perheille on muutenkin paljon tekemistä mökillä ja lähialueella. Löytyypä meiltä myös trampoliini, nuotiopaikka ja vene. Tervetuloa lomailemaan! Mökki sijaitsee Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselän kierros ja Liperi Leipäpitäjä -pyöräilyreittien varrella.

Cozy cottage on the beach of Pyhäselkä. The cottage has just been renovated. It has a kitchen, hallway, terrace, sauna and outdoor toilet. The kitchen can accommodate 4 people to sleep. The cottage kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and running water from the lake, also hot. The terrace is covered, with a couch, table set and gas grill. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, outdoor fireplace. There is a rowboat available. A smoke sauna can be arranged separately.

Vaikka pieni, moderni ja tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Vesistössä loistavat kalastusmahdollisuudet. Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

Mini-house on the shore of Lake Saimaa

You will always remember the rugged landscape of this destination. The property is located near Kolovesi National Park on the shores of Saimaa Pyyvesi. The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved country road. There are neighbors on the property. The mini-house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building dates back to 2024. The accommodation is ideal for those interested in hiking, cycling, fishing and paddling.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
