Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. "Lilla Huset" is a private accommodation of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, a dining area and a kitchen with an oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and floor heating. The house is only 1 km from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. The nearest beach is Löderupstrandbad. Backagården has a café nearby. Kåsebergahamn with restaurants and Ales stones are 2 kilometers away. It is close to Hagestad Nature Reserve with miles of sandy beaches, Daghammarskölds Backåkra and Glimmingehus.

Fully-equipped attic. There is a larger living room with skylights both to the north and south. Open floor plan as shown in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction hob. A small red cast iron stove if you want to cozy up after a lovely autumn or winter walk. Double bed (two 90 cm beds put together) in the living room. There is also a smaller 90-bed in a corner. In the bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. There is also a crib. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!

Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård, ”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.
