Unsere liebevoll restaurierte Villa Sebaldi bietet viel Platz auf zwei Ebenen, es stehen insgesamt über 300m2 mit 6 Schlafzimmern ,4 Bädern und zwei Wohnzimmern zu Verfügung.Zwei Esszimmer runden die Gemütlichkeit noch ab. Von der Küche aus gibt es eine kleine Terrasse und im Obergeschoss den herrlichen Verandabalkon mit Blick zur Rax. Um das Haus herum erstreckt sich ein großzügiger Garten, in dem man im Sommer grillen kann, oder einfach unter dem alten Apfelbaum die Seele baumeln lässt.

Our house is located at 830 m above sea level in the well known climatic health resort Reichenau - it is the last house on the walking path onto the Rax. You can reach it easily by car, it has 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, kitchen with wood stove,induction plates,Nespresso + a huge garden. Approx 1 hour out of Vienna. Hiking, biking, walking trails just in front of your doormat.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The owner's family live opposite the accommodation in the same property. We speak German, English, French, Portuguese and Hungarian. Spend a little time in this fascinating countryside :-))
