Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, located at the end of the quiet courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living, a mix of old and new. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
