Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Agliano Peralta. Ein wunderschöner Ort mit ganz besonderem Charme. Sehr stilvoll gestaltet und überall ein bisschen Kunst. Wunderschöne Ausblicke von den Terassen und ein Pool in fantastischer Lage. Sehr gute und zentrale Lage sodass man von dort aus die Toskana sehr gut erkunden kann. Auch zum Wandern ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. In der Nähe sind fantastische Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, offen und freundlich. Sie sind immer erreichbar und kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen und werden weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Toplage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr gepflegtes Haus, Wohnung blitzsauber und sehr modern und witzig eingerichtet!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder genau da buchen!!! Ganz großartig!!!

Geweldig verblijf op een heerlijk rustige plek. Het zwembad is top en het appartement zelf is zeer ruim. Cristina is erg attent en reageert snel. Ik zou deze zeker aanraden!

A distanza di qualche anno, siamo tornati nel bellissimo alloggio di Massimiliano! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, in ordine impeccabile, con una cucina fornita di tutto, un bagno perfetto e due camere molto grandi e candide. Proprio come ce lo ricordavamo. In più questa volta c'era anche un condizionatore portatile molto utile in cucina e ventilatori in ogni stanza. La collocazione in un paese tranquillo lo rende ideale per riposare di notte. E poi una menzione particolare per mamma Elisabetta: socievole ed accogliente, come sanno essere i toscani. Insomma: 5 stelle! La posizione geografica ne fa un eccellente punto di appoggio per visitare un ampio territorio della meravigliosa Toscana. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

esperienza ottima, l'appartamento era molto pulito. anche il parcheggio è stato facile da trovare in zona nonostante fosse la sera prima di un corso mascherato. Giovanna è stata molto cordiale e gentile e ci ha chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa.

Nadia und Roberto haben uns direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und traditionell, man hat wirklich das Toskana Feeling. Wir hatten das Zimmer Olivo und konnte somit direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus in den Garten mit Pool. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zum Glück auch, somit war es selbst bei extrem heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt, was auch ein Riesen Plus ist. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Letizias Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt gelegen am Rande von San Gimignano mit Blick auf die Stadt und auf die toskanische Landschaft. Wir konnten durch Letizia vergünstigt auf dem Parkplatz nebenan parken, was sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Karol ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir bedauern, dass wir nur ein Nacht auf unserer Durchreise dort waren. Das Grundstück und die Umgebung ist traumhaft und ruhig. Wer eine ruhige Zeit möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Einfacher Check in und sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Alloggio splendido! ci è piaciuto molto come è arredato l'interno e l'esterno. Il giardino mi è piaciuto particolarmente. tanti angoli suggestivi da scoprire, con statue nascoste nel verde e piccoli tavolini. Location ideale per passare un weekend nel verde in relax lontano dalla città.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Maria Victoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, schon die Anfahrt ist es wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice and spacious place. However, like everywhere in Italy, in spring, a bit damp and cold due to high humidity. Also, don't leave any food or sugar outside - ants will be all over at once :)

Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmals bei Sandro und seiner zauberhaften Frau für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in ihrem Haus! Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr freundlich und waren flexibel, trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung. Man hat uns persönlich begrüßt und persönlich verabschiedet. Die beiden sind großartige Vermieter! Ich habe 3 große Hunde (2 Weimaraner, 1 Herdenschutzhund) und es war absolut kein Problem, diese mitzubringen. Natürlich sind meine Hunde auch brav :) aber des Öfteren musste ich in der Vergangenheit die Erfahrung machen, das andere Vermieter nur 1 Hund oder kleine Hunde akzeptieren- hier war das absolut kein Problem und auch kein Vorurteil, wie es mir oft passiert! Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!!! Das Haus ist sehr sauber & toll eingerichtet. Großes Dankeschön :) wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby für vier Tage in Dinos Haus. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind wundervoll und das Haus hat alles, was es für uns braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Dino war toll, er hat sich von sich aus gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und ob alles ok ist und hat auch auf unsere Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Wir waren mit einem Ford Transit unterwegs, größer bzw breiter sollte euer Auto nicht sein, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, perfekt um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Die Wohnung ist voll aufgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Das Internet ist nicht in allen Bereichen der Unterkunft stabil, daher wahrscheinlich nicht für mobil Arbeitende geeignet. Emanuelas Hund und Katze sind niedliche Besucher, über die wir uns immer sehr gefreut haben :)

We arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight and I couldn't find my directions for parking. I phoned Lorenzo who came and found us and took us to the apartment. Because of the time there was no where that we could get something to eat so he brought us snacks to keep us going until the morning. There where items that we could have for breakfast already provided. We found its location for getting to all the major cities ideal, either by the train service which was close ,and not expensive (15.20 euros ) for 2 return tickets to Florence , or by car. Pisa , Lavorno, Lucca and Sienna all around an hours .drive. Silvia was always helpful and did not impose herself on us unless we needed help. This was our first time in Italy and it was a very pleasant time .We would use again if we returned to this area without hesitation.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans ce logement qui contient tout ce qu’il faut, notre hôte était très accueillante et l’extérieur, le parking et la piscine sont de vrais plus !

Attico molto pulito e organizzato, le istruzioni riguardanti il check in e check out sono state molto chiare, soldi veramente ben spesi per quello che offre

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti meravigliose in un posto davvero incantevole. L’alloggio era curato, pulito e molto accogliente, con un bellissimo arredamento in legno e un letto comodissimo. C’era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per stare bene e rilassarci. Abbiamo adorato la piscina privata, gli animali presenti nella proprietà (galline e gatti adorabili!) e la tranquillità del posto. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host e della sua famiglia: per qualsiasi cosa erano presenti e pronti ad aiutarci. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere Pietrasanta (circa 15 minuti) che Forte dei Marmi (una decina di minuti), ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella natura, perfetta per staccare la spina. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto a coppie, famiglie, o a chiunque cerchi relax e un po’ di pace. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

amazing place, so beautiful, and very kind guests. they helped us a lot with our very late check in and gave us some good recommendations. the place was amazing, some beautiful hiking trails, access to pisa, lucca and bagni the lucca(it’s surprisingly famous so don’t forget to book well before). house was very beautiful and nicely decorated. we traveled in december so couldn’t use the pool. the floor was a bit cold so we left two pairs of slippers for the next guests.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The apartment is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything is just as described. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, transport, and everything you might need. The hosts are always friendly, responsive, and welcoming, which makes each stay feel smooth and stress-free. It truly feels like my home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!
