Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, beautiful pool! Extremely well-appointed kitchen. Hosts responded immediately if we had any questions.

We had a wonderful family stay at Luisella and Andrea's. They were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early after a very early flight. The house is very spacious and well equipped, with plenty of utensils etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the garden huge. The location was fabulous, an easy drive to Lucca, Pisa and many more. Overall we had a fantastic time, but it is important to be mindful of extra charges when booking. There were charges for linens, towels, travel cot and electricity use. While we were prewarned about these, they do add onto the original cost.

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The place is absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the swimming pool, which was frequently visited by a lot of bees. This made it difficult for the kids to enjoy the pool freely, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it as a lovely place to stay!

Thanks Daniele for allowing us to stay in your home! The house is stunning and spacious- the azure room in particular is a dream! We loved the pool and the spectacular infinity views and all the greenery around the house. An easy 5 minute drive to Castelnuovo do Garfagnana for any supermarkets and a good base to explore the Apuan Alps. This house will have pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

Vittorio was very friendly and responsive. The property was as described and in a peaceful and private setting but with Lucca easily accessible. The accommodation is spacious and extremely clean and would be good for a large family gathering.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Beautiful old rustic apartment. Good level of equipment in the kitchen. Really beautiful views at the front. Spacious rooms with stylish furniture. The apartment is of the terraced house type, the backyard has well-divided space.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Our stay at Villa Il Grillo was nothing short of incredible. The photos cannot possibly do justice to the breathtaking views. The Villa itself is so well maintained and is the perfect way to rest and relax at the end of the night after a day spent swimming in the sun. The nearby town has great restaurants and the beach has plenty of day clubs which is great if you want a change of scenery (but we only did that for one day because the villa is actual paradise!) We also did little afternoon trips to Lucca and Pietrosanta which were well worth it and easy to get to from Camaiore. Lorenzo was helpful and gracious as a host and flexible with our arrival and departure. I am not one to write reviews that exaggerate or are overly effusive, so trust me—if you find yourself on vacation here, it will feel like you stumbled into a dream. We are so grateful for the chance to have seen this part of Italy that we stumbled on just by searching through the Air BnB map. Grazie mille, Lorenzo!

We had an amazing time, we had 6 people and a toddler. The house was wonderful, the pool was a dream and my toddler loved the playground. You are high in the hills so a car is definitely a must to get around. It was a perfect way to end our trip in Italy. Nice and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

The villa is beautifully designed, elegant, and well-equipped to meet every guest's needs. It features spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or couples. Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! The accommodation was very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, towels, detergent - everything) clean and perfect from the location to come down. The communication was excellent and the check-in very friendly. We also received friendly and quick answers to our questions. The WLAN reception was good but less suitable for 4 or more people who want to work at the same time. We would come back. Thank you for the hospitality 🙏

This was one of our most memorable holidays. A guided tour to the house to which upon arrival I cannot describe the stunning, magical, peaceful view and surroundings! All made us most welcome! The surrounding towns (Callodi, Montecarlo, Pistoia), cities (Lucca) close by (30 mins) and trains to Florence very relaxing. The farmhouse, with great character, was comfortable, cool, and well equipped with many a family feast overlooking the valley under stars swimming. Many thanks to the loyal gardener! Amazing. Thank you for a magical break and we hope to return.

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

We loved staying at Enis’ house- it was a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. The house has everything you need and the outside gardens are beautiful. The pool is lovely and large. Enis and Elena are such warm and helpful hosts. We took up the offer of a home cooked Tuscan four course meal which they created and served to us. It was our best night of the holiday. Thank you so much.

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

This villa is fabulous for extended families like ours. Every room is beautifully appointed, the grounds very well kept and extensive and the swimming pool is superb. We had all we needed for wonderful days at the villa as well as being easily able to get to places like Lucca, Pisa and Montecarlo.
