It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

Villa am Mägdebrunnen is among the oldest houses in Stralsund and is located exactly in the historic old town center. The historical layout is very individual and stylish and makes the old town stay a real time travel in time. The internal stairwell connects all rooms and has been preserved in its original state. The storage rooms under roof now shine as a living space with gallery.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
