Zum Appartement gehört eine Loggia mit weiten Panoramafenstern, durch die man die Sonnenuntergänge über der Pferdekoppel bestaunen kann. Ausgelegt ist der Raum als Appartement für 2-6 Personen und Studio für andere Zwecke. Mit Eichenparkett, Lehmwänden, einem Schlafpodest und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im EG mit separatem Zugang.

The 2-room apartment is located in the heart of Schwerin, only 3 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the city center and the castle. Modern design meets traditional timber framing. The bedroom contains a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people, with the possibility of setting up a crib for young families. The kitchen-living room offers you plenty of space and has access to a private terrace. Everything you need: The apartment is fully equipped, including Wi-Fi.

GDR bungalow in new splendor, very quietly located perfect for a little break. On the yard live a cat and 4 chickens. The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.

A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
