Dom położony jest ok. 250 m od morza na skraju sosnowego lasu. Przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 6 osób (w tym dzieci). Jego powierzchnia to ok. 90 m2. Wewnątrz domu obowiązuje zakaz palenia. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000 sqm plot, where you can park your cars.
