A wonderful lakeside house with a well-equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places that call for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the fireplace, on the window seat in front of the panoramic window on the second floor or in the deck chair on the roof terrace: everywhere the lake glitters through the trees. The swimming area is at the doorstep, as is the forest. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Space for up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and windows are almost original. Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden entrance and a wooden terrace. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. The Cottage lies in the beautifull Lake district one hour noth of Berlin. It is part of an idyllic farm esemble in the mids of the woods. Lakes are 3 km away and easyly to be reached by car in a few minutes or by bike. Lots of old trees provide lovely shade in the summer and lots of little restaurants, and cafes are in the nearby villages . In wintertime enjoy the tranquillety of the forest and lakes and bring plenty of food - nearly everything is closed and supermakets are 10 km away. 11

Enjoy the lake view from the balcony on the 1st floor, as well as from the spacious terrace. The lake shore and forest area are around the corner.
