It sits quietly in a second courtyard on charming Fichtestraße, in the heart of Kreuzberg’s vibrant and multicultural Graefekiez. These are commercial spaces that aren't subject to the Act on the Prohibition of Illegal Repurposing of Housing. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is already included in the price. We use 100% green electricity.

The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.
