Grilla och ät middag ute med den vackra stads vyn framför, njut av sol från altanen eller gå ned på stan för shopping. Här finns alla bekvämligheter city har att erbjuda inom gångavstånd så som bageri, restauranger samt bad och gym. Boendet är beläget i en gränd med trappor ned till Kungsgatan. Obs! det är två boenden på tomten med separata uteplatser. Allmän parkering finns på gatan ovanför.

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Vill du bada i havet, vandra i skogen, fiska i sjön? Här bor du i ett lugnt område nära naturen 700 meter från centrum. Här finns mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Bra bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km finns Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende på 30 kvm som ligger vid havet med egen brygga. Här finns möjligheter till att ta sig till Stenungsund och Göteborg med bra kommunikationer. Det finns även cyklar att låna Stugan har fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum med tv och bäddsoffa. Sovrummet har en 140 cm säng och en stor garderob. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch, tvättställ, wc och tvätt kombinerad torktumlare. Loftet har två 90 cm madrasser. Fin uteplats med möjlighet till avkoppling och grill.
