The house is located in a quiet side street above the best organic shop/bistro "Ernas". Public transport is 5 minutes away and the central station is 15 minutes away. The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Enjoy the view of the countryside and the central location, good public transport and street parking (please do not park in the courtyard). There are many shops and restaurants in the area that are within walking distance but also attractions. Enjoy life in this beautiful accommodation as a perfect starting point to explore the city. The tram is 80 m away, perfect for leaving the car parked to explore Magdeburg.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

This charming 47 m² loft with balcony and views of parks is the ideal place to relax after a sightseeing tour in Magdeburg. Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. Belonging to the Stadtfeld West district, it is well connected to public transport and yet quietly located.

Our small cozy guest apartment is located in Barleben - Ebendorf district not far from the A2 highway and yet quietly in the old town center on a three-sided farm typical of the region. The apartment has a living room with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A travel bed for toddlers can optionally be added.
