Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Manatee River

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

The house was great, easy to get to. Lauren was beyond helpful pre-checkin and through stay. Quick return contact and very helpful. Suggested stay for anyone looking for great place and host. Thank you very much.

Fantastic Stay – 10/10! We had an amazing time! The setup was perfect for our girls trip —super cozy with a fun beach vibe that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! The location was ideal: close to stores and restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved taking walks around the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Verushka responded to my questions and concerns before our stay in a very timely manner. The home was awesome! Just as described by the pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It always makes your stay much more enjoyable when you have an incredibly clean and comfortable place to call home while you are away. That is just how we felt. They thought of all the little details to make our stay more comfortable including the welcome gifts. Loved the coffee bar!! It was stocked very well. What ever you would like. Spacious rooms to move around in. The bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the many options of patios and outside furniture to relax on. The grill was new which we had many wonderful dinners on. My sister joined us for five days and she absolutely loved it as well. So in conclusion we would highly recommend this home! Kudos to Verushka and Island Time AMI Rentals! When we walked into the home it felt like home! Very clean and cozy! We did not want to leave when it was time to go. The home had everything we could think of and are already ready to book our next stay!

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Great stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean and tidy. I loved having access to the pool and the parking was convenient to the unit. Ewelina was very responsive. The location was a short drive to everything we needed. Not many things in walking distance but we had a car so it was easy to get around. We would stay here again!

The place was very clean and cozy! They offered beach supplies for our stay and were very helpful with any questions we had! The beds were very comfy! The house was very close to downtown, about a 5 minute walk and close to Lido Key and not too far from Siesta Key!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
